  • Tomato sauce4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella400g
  • Arugula100g
  • Mortadella3 slices
  • Cherry tomatoes5-6
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Pepper1/2 tsp

Spread tomato sauce all over the surface of your pinsa and put grated mozzarella on top.

Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes (depending on your oven).

Remove the pinsa from the oven and add some arugula leaves, cherry tomatoes, pieces of mozzarella and a few slices of mortadella.

Season with salt and pepper and .. it’s Ready!
